Sounds Like Design - Market Research Survey Competition - Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THE ‘MARKET RESEARCH SURVEY’ COMPETITION.

1.     This ‘Market Research Survey’ competition is run by Sounds Like Design, and any correspondence should be addressed to hello@soundslikedesign.com.au

2.     By entering this competition, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not enter the competition.

3.     The competition is open to all Australian practitioners (whether registered or not, including graduates of architecture and students), and people working in architecture practices.

4.     Only one entry is allowed per person. If an entrant submits multiple entries, including any with different email addresses, all of those entries will be disqualified.

5.     The competition starts on Weds 5 June 2024 and concludes at midnight AWST on Fri 28 June 2024. (Edited: The competition has been extended to midnight AWST o Friday 19 July 2024, with another prize draw if there are 100 entries total).

6.     This competition is a game of skill and will be judged by Sounds Like Design founder Rachael Bernstone. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.     Entrants will be automatically subscribed to Sounds Like Design’s email list to receive our newsletters. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

8.     To enter the competition, visit: https://forms.office.com/r/VNk5UV7UK4 and complete the survey, including your name, email and the name of the person who referred you, and answer the following question: “Is it true that architects don’t like marketing themselves, and why” in 30 words or less.

9.     First prize is two CPD workshops - Strategically Plan your Awards - and - Turn your Awards into Marketing Gold - valued at $199 and worth 3 Formal CPD Points.

10.  If more than 100 survey responses are received, another prize will be issued. The winner and the person who referred them (as nominated in the entry) will both win a complimentary enrolment to the upgraded Architecture Marketing 360 course, relaunching in Q1 2025. This prize is worth $1290+GST and 6 Formal CPD points. (Edited: Another CPD Course prize has been offered if there are 100 entries by Wed 19 July 2024).

11.  The competition will be judged at 12pm AWST on Monday 1 July 2024, and the winner will be notified via the email address provided in their entry on that date. Entries will be judged on their creative expression. The winner’s details will be published in our weekly newsletter on Friday 3 July 2024. (Edited: If there are 100 entries total by midnight AWST on Friday 19 July, the winners will be announced in the newsletter the following week).

12.  First prize must be claimed by Weds 31 July 2024. If the winner(s) can’t be notified by that date, or choose not to claim the prize, a new winner may be selected by the judge.

13.  All prizes will be delivered electronically, via the email address provided by the entrant/s in their entry. 

14.  Prize winners agree to participate in any publicity about the competition by Sounds Like Design, including social media; and consent to the use of their name and photo in promotional material.
